Critical Analysis of a Case Study

Three part assignment including:

1. Case Conceptualisation Definitions (500 words)

The purpose of this assessment task is for students to develop a case formulation/conceptualisation for a given case study scenario client with a unique worldview shaped by various cultural experiences.

1. Part 1. Define case conceptualisation and case conceptualisation in Counselling – 500 words
2. Part 2. Using the 5P model, as a framework, develop a case conceptualisation for one of the four scenario clients included in this Unit Outline (use a MS Word document -1200 to 1500 words)
3. Part 3. Formulate a concept map diagram based on the strengths, limitations and insights drawn from building your case conceptualisation of your client and their particular scenario. Include reflections on what you have gained through this client case conceptualisation process.
